Default KK flop decision on 200 NL

200NL, 8 players at the table...

UTG ($181.00)
MP1 ($197.00)
MP2 ($196.00)
MP3 ($99.00)
CO ($128.25)
Hero ($286.50)
SB ($207.75)
BB ($106.00)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
4 folds, CO raises to $6, Hero raises to $20, 1 folds, BB calls, CO calls.

Flop: ($61.00) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero ...

...doesn´t like this flop too much. Especially against 2 opponents.

I don´t think either has aces, I reckon they´d reraised/pushed preflop. QQ is not unlikely, which would just about kill my outs to a straight... Set of Jacks, Tens or Nines could also be a possibility. The two checks in front of me could mean anything. No reads.

Why am I in this horrible situation? Was my preflop raise not big enough ? And - what should I do on this flop?

I would be pretty worried too. There is not a lot out there you beat. I like to make a probing bet and fold if I encounter any resistance in a situation like this. If you check behind and the turn blanks, are you going to fold if BB or CO lead? Use your position and see where you stand.

What´s my idea with the $45 bet? Probing?

I don´t really like the idea of giving two opponents the oppertunity to make a $45 call into a $100 pot - if either of them has a good draw, they´re likely to flat call, and I´ll be in an even tougher spot at the river, even if it just blanks...
