Default AA in big blind - 5 handed

Dont think i need a hand converter for this one ...

5 handed play, $BB.
I'm holding AA in the BB- all fold but small blind who completes. I've got $98 , small blind has $15.

What would be the best move here?
I raised to $4, he folded, and I felt silly.

I like to put short stacks all in. Often they won't call a raise but will call their stack off with something marginal like a pair figuring that you're bluffing, they're leading in a coin flip, or 'they just had the feeling'. Bet a little over their stack (say 20) so they can just hit the call button. No kidding, it works.

Since he is so short it's not the end of the world to just check. Only if you feel he will give you his stack with TP though, which is very probable.
