Default Hot Cold Hand Guide for Newbie Player

My friend wants to start playing the 10+1 SnG's at Party. He has a good job so bankroll wont be a problem. I sent him some good threads like Aleo's guide to beating the 10+1 SnG's. I also wanted to put some info together on hot and cold hands. This was very useful for me in short stack and bubble play. Here's what I developed so far. I based my decisions for stealing blinds on these hot-cold guides and stack size of opponents in blinds and still to act. Anyone see any serious flaws in my friend using this guide until he gets his feet wet and can start posting here.

If your stack falls below 10x BB during the SnG resort to this strategy.

Group 1: Any K, Any 2 Cards 10+ (ie J10o, K10o)
Group 2: 22-33, Axs, Kxs, Qxs, J6s-J9s, T7s-Q9s,
98s-JTs, Axo, Kxo, Q5o-QJo, J8o-J10o, T9o
Group 3: 44-66, Axs, K9s-KQs, QJs, A4o-AJo, KTo-KQo
Group 4: 66-TT, ATo-AQo, A9s-AJs
Group 5: AKo, AQs, TT-JJ
Group 6: QQ
Group 7: AA-KK

STACK SIZE 5 - 10 x BB

#limpers + 1 + # people to act = Group Ranking

If there is a raise in front of you go all-in with Groups 5-7.

STACK SIZE #limpers + 0 + # people to act = Group Ranking

If there is a raise in front of you go all-in with Groups 4-7.

#limpers = number of people who have limped in not including the blinds.

#people to act = # of players still to act including the blinds.
