2,3o UTG, undervalued?

I used to be (in)famous for raising with 2,3, but have not done it so often lately, but here I was raising for the right reason, namely getting broke so I could play a higher EV game. I failed miserably though.

Two thoughts...
-Throwing away money is not cool.

-This is why you want to always have at least 12BB's on every hand you play. Despite your atrocious preflop raise you cost yourself mucho dinero by entering this hand undergunned.
