HAHAHAHAHA

Maybe you should. I'd get crazy action once they figured out it was a joke

[/ QUOTE ]

I would do this, making sure to make you out as the best player i've ever played against...if i was willing to hit 405 on a weekday . Fortunately for you, or maybe unfortunately if they took that to mean i thought you were the worst ever , i'm definitely not willing to go anywhere near 405 M-F.

Damn retirees, they don't have to worry about traffic.

Bunch of old nits, the lot of em .

Don't be picking on me and my denture homies, especially on a night like tonight where we'll be getting together to play bridge

Demana,

If you're talking about me (hmm ... I wonder), I apologize if I scared anyone away. That's just the standard talk when I see anyone I know at the room -- and the talk others use with me. I don't see any harm in it, but I'll avoid it with you in the future if you prefer.

However, I do want to note that I do not remember saying anything about you being good.

(The floorman did tell me that about you, however, before I sat down -- but I'm friendly with him; I'm sure he's not telling that to the fish.)

Hope you maintained the run after I left.

[/ QUOTE ]

It wasn't aimed at you, but it was in response to how something you said affected me, so I posted it because I was curious how others would respond. I think I just freaked out and felt guilty because I had been telling everyone that I had hit the high hand, rather than have them think that I was running good.

And to think, if I had just PM'd you instead, I wouldn't be getting all of this retirement love...

It'll be fun, but the blinds go up pretty quickly. Rebuys for the first hour. Of course I had fun when I played it last, since I busted The Dude and made him rebuy. Ha ha.

If you plan on playing ring games afterward, get on the list early...

Thursday is their busiest night. Decent tourney and the place stays busy afterwards. Get there by 5 to be sure to get a seat at a ring game (they give ring game players first dibs on the tourney).

If you aren't going to play in the tourney, be sure to ask the board to seat you in a game that will not break when the tourney starts.

btw - Expect that by 7 PM, the list for all games to be 20-30 deep.

2/4 live here in Vegas SUCKS! Expect insanity.

With the high rake vs $ in play and very loose and lousy play, it's very hard to beat, Luxor has a program to keep local regulars playing it to help fill tables, what does that tell you?

The 2/4 winner is the casinos . due to the rake.
