Is this too weak a line?

Early in the tourney, no real reads on the players yet. I limp UTG+1, watch SB raise preflop. I can put him on any ace, pocket pair, maybe KQ-KT. SB Leads out on the flop, I play along with him. Not too afraid of the turn, but the King on the river scared me a little. Too weak? Should I have raised the turn and risk losing him?

yeah, I was considering the value bet, but I really didn't want him to try and pop me with the backdoor flush or two pair possibilies showing.
