So you vary the size of your bet depending on whether it's a continuation, protection or value bet? That's very, very bad. Stay consistent.

I don't think he said he varies his bet by whether if it is a continuation bet or value bet. I think he means his bet size depends on the context of the board (if draw heavy, then bet more to charge potential draws; if dry, then you can bet less to see if opponent hit).
