A week ago the Indians were leading the wild card. The A's fans had hope understandably, but after winning the last 9 out of 10 I think us Indians fans have a right to be pumped. The A's fans had a lotta hope before losing the series to the Indians, too.

They still have hope, they never lost it. One game back of the Angels for the AL West. 4 games left against LA to close out the season. Should be very fun to watch.

I had forgotten about the divison. I think the A's are out of it for the Wild Card though, that is just my opinion. I think they are 3.5 out now, and I know Clevelands 16 games left involves 7 with KC.

With the starting pitching doing so well and the best bullpen in baseball, the short answer is yes, IMO.

But we have to get there first.
