Default Playing the Party rebuy without exploiting the \"glitch\"

Can one be competitive in the rebuys without exploiting the glitch?

Perhaps I should rephrase the question, should one bother with the rebuys if they have no intention of exploiting the glitch?

Color me uninformed....

What exactly is this glitch? From some of the replys, I am maybe guessing putting a bunch of money into a table, since they eliminate higher number tables first, so you know exactly when they will move you. Or is there something else, I'm uneducated on this.

In rebuys on party, you can rebuy when you move all in even if you don't get called or win the pot.

Search feature is useless, but I appreciate you taking the time to tell me that.
