Default JLC and Don\'t put advanced moves on novice players...

Recently, JLC had an interesting post with a list of dos and donts and I could agree with (or agree to slightly modify) each of those list points.

But, one of them:
Don't put advanced moves on novice players.

...really got me. Mostly because I have been having SO much trouble when I run into novice players, especially if a table is MOSTLY novice players. I want to make a disclaimer here though...I don't believe the myth that it's easier to play against pros (or even excellent players)than it is donks.

Anyhow, I was hoping JLC and others (giga?) could further comment on this list item. What exactly do you mean, or what kind of situations are you speaking of? I think I pretty much realize what you are saying, but I was just hoping for further clarification.

Have a safe New Year people....
