Default one more hand for tonight: AA

No reads. I was confused on the river play. I planned on c/c-ing a reasonable bet.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

UTG ($23)
UTG+1 ($28.40)
Hero ($28.03)
MP1 ($23.75)
MP2 ($24.40)
MP3 ($8.45)
CO ($31.80)
Button ($50.89)
SB ($11.28)
BB ($21.55)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.5</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP2 calls $1.50, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, UTG folds.

Flop: ($3.60) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3</font>, MP2 calls $3.

Turn: ($9.60) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $7</font>, MP2 calls $7.

River: ($23.60) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, MP2 pushes for $12. 90, Hero ??

considering you're getting about 2:1 here, I would call; what are we afraid of? KJ?

Given the size of the pot on the end, push. You'll lose a lot of value those times that he checks behind with K9 but would've called a bet.

Ok thanks. I was thinking I might have lost value at the end, in the long run. Villan shows AQs and MHING. The downswing continues...

I really don't mind paying off a 4-outer that hits on the end getting 2:1.
