Some people sell chips on ebay via paypal for more than their $$$ value, you might want to try there.

nobody will do this without charging you a premium.

regardless, why not just cash out? what assurance do we have that those chips were not dumped to you and then when you transfer it to us we are now part of the fraud.

i just don't understand why you don't do a cashout here? unless there is a good reason you can provide, then by default we must assume the party balance is "dirty"
