slightly concerned but was going to play there anyway regardless of bonus so reckon I'll still go ahead though perversely this has made think twice.

My account is also "legit" in that I'm not participating in any affiliate program. I use Empire stickly for BW'ing. And they shut me down.

I'm not losing any sleep over it though. Plenty of other sites to play at.

[ QUOTE ]
My Empire account is legit (no rakebake or anything) but I "only" play there for the bonus reloads...that's it.

Will this get me in trouble?

[/ QUOTE ]

Just give them a little extra action this time. Play two to three tables for another half an hour or so after you you've cleared your bonus. As long as you are a winning player this isn't going to cost you anything, and by giving them a little extra action your account might be around for the next one.

Isn't the whole point of them doing reloads is so people that don't usually play there....play there! So you can't fear them closing your account for being lured in by the reload bonus...just like they wanted you to!

I think it would be pretty obvious what your intentions are, if the only time you have played there in the last 2 years has been while clearing a bonus.

But thats what they want. For you to play there when you wouldn't usually.

And then continue playing there afterwards.

I just threw $50 in there and single tabled for 1/2 an hour while 3 tabling last the Party reload. I'm hoping this helps.

I doubt they expect a majority of players to stay there. But there is a percentage that does stay there, and thats what they're after. They can't be punishing you for not staying there, its ridiculous. Thats why you haven't heard Empire say they are closing accounts for "only playing there for bonuses" because its not the case.

That is exactly what they have said, search a couple of the other threads.

However, I agree they are doing a terrible PR job on this one. Instead of just closing the said accounts without warning, they should have just emailed those accounts notifying them that they are welcome to play at the site, but warn them that they will no longer eligible for future bonus offers if they keep whoring.
