Poker Tracker

This might be very elementary, but I really have no idea how to use poker tracker. I have had it installed for a few months and after reading a lot of the poker tracker heavily based posts here,I figured I should get a better understanding of how it can help my game. If anyone can help with a brief tutorial it would be much appreciated.
