I'm fairly regular in that game, and you've got it just about right on the $10/20. The tight game is still beatable, it's just no fun. The loose game is indeed a $.50/1 on Party, exceedingly soft.
Resorts $20-40 used to play like PP $3-6, but it doesn't anymore. Partly because $3/6 got stronger and the $20 game got softer.
