I would probably fold preflop. Call if it was suited. Given that you called I would have probably played it the same as you.

I bet call the river. Pretending I didn't see the river, MP has a PP here most of the time, a set sometimes, 78 rarely enough, and AT. The combonation of J,T,9 is prone to give two pair, but I think you are ahead more than 50%, no?

yeah AA, definatley should have bet the river i think
been running bad, i knew what he had from the flop onwards, is the pre flop call that bad?

PF at best you're getting 7:1. Enough to call if it were sooted. I start thinking about calling the offsoot version at 11:1.
