bison's converter doesnt work for Pokerroom's hand history so im just gunna dictate it.

Hero dealt AKo UTG
I raise, 2 LP callers.

Flop - K-8-3 (two clubs)
I bet 2 calls

Turn - 7c
I bet, 1 calls, 1 folds

River - 3s
I bet, 1 calls

what do you think?

Everytime. I guess he had a 3, hence the post. Most of the time you have the best hand in this situation, so value bet.

What are you doing if he raises you on the turn?

And if he raises you on the river after cold calling turn?

With two LP players, there isn't a card in the deck that could hit the river that you shouldn't value bet with IMO.

Doesn't look to me like he cold called anything. But in both instances I'm calling down with TPTK. Any reads?
