There is more.

You have TPTK and the nut flush draw, you have to be much more agressive then you were. I would go about it like this:

Preflop: Open for 3x or 3.5x whatever the standard amount is.

Flop: Bet 2/3 - 3/4 pot.

Those two together should give you a much better idea of where you're at then the line you took.
Given you played preflop and flop so passively, I think you have to call the turn bet (I'd like to know what peoples thoughts are on a raise), and on the river it comes down to my read on the player.

yeah, this was the point I was hoping somebody would bring up, I think a river call would be a good idea

you need to put him on a hand or a range of hands after he check raises you. then if you dont decide to raise all in on the flop, its a basic odds problem

Without a read, I really don't like calling on the river. A regular NL25 player would very rarely (A LOT less than 25% of the time) check-raise that flop with 5 people in the hand unless he has TPTK beat.

Don't mind the limp in your position, though I normally raise AJs too.

The problem here is calling UTG's check-raise on the flop. TPTK + nut flush draw is a monster hand. The only thing to fear here is a set, you have most hands soundly beat and a few hands even money. Reraise here and hope to get all in. You'll be ahead far more often than behind at $25NL. The only reason to dump this is if you're up against a nutpeddler or telegrapher.
