Default TAG c/r me on tricky flop for TPTK

Villian is 23/15, haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary from him yet.

Also, if you find this play horrible, be gentle.

Given the 23/15, I think you played it perfectly.

His checkraise does not clearly define his hand, and you are most likely still ahead. I 3bet and go from there on this flop.

Remember hands that are likely for villain to checkraise here include KJ, QJ, JT, AK, AQ, AT, and some two pair hands that beat you. Too many pair + straight draw hands villain could have to just go into calldown mode.

Why? Not a criticism, just curious - it would appear to me that villain will have JJ/TT/2 spades/OESD enough to warrant calling down, but not enough to outweigh the flopped str8s / 2 pairs that are going to 3 bet us and leave us in a bad way...

This is a very very easy 3bet. Im a 24/15 and I would checkraise you a fair bit of the time, especially if I noticed you were tag as well, with: spades, a jack, a pair and a jack almost for sure, spades and a pair for sure, or a weak king, or AK. If its capped call down.
