Default Adjustment for mini blind games

I've been playing in mini blind games and trying to think about what the adjustment should be. It's a 4/8 game. The original blinds are $2. You can raise pre-flop to $6 or call for 2. Then all other rounds are a normal 4/8 structure.

My initial thoughts are that small PP go up in value if you get in for the mini blind b/c the great implied odds. But suited connectors go down in value b/c you are less likely to have odds to draw for weak hands (the bets increasing on the flop having the effect of making the game like the conditions of a game passive pre-flop and aggressive postflop).

My sense is also you should steal quite a bit less because you are risking $6 for $3 instead of $8 for $6 or whatever.

Other thoughts? Thanks for the help.
