You used a poll off fox news and base your judgment on that?

Question, if I said 99.9% of visitors to Air America Radio's website said they hated George Bush, what would you say?

You'd say it was because it's a bunch of hippy liberals over there.

News flash: Fox News is the PR machine of the GOP. No one with more than 2 brain cells disputes this.

Since you're still prowar you are not in the "mainstream" of American politics.

But that's a separate topic - you used Sheehan to attempt to discredit us antiwar folks through guilt by association. While Sheehan is not my cup of tea, I don't see anything wrong with what she's doing. If she wasn't getting so much media attention she would be like all those other people who are antiwar and have, unfortunately, lost loved ones in Iraq.

I think she has the right to do what she is doing, but I dont respect it, but thats another topic that has allready been discussed, so stay no topic.

The country is still pretty evenly split between anti-war and pro-war as opposed to the 19% to 81% (over 100,000 people took this poll by the way)

I would like to second this. I come here to read these posts to be amused by the continual slide of liberalism into the abyss.

Ah yess, the OP was a masterpiece of logic, common sense and good grammar. Especially the part about the "connection between Sadaam Hussein". Damn left wingers just can't understand logic and common sense.

You're correct - clearly the liberal movement is dying. Just look at G-Dub's 36-40% approval rating 'mandate'.

[ QUOTE ]
1. The current war in Iraq is actually a continuation of the one in which Iraq invaded Kuwait. That war never oficially ended.

[/ QUOTE ]

Who cares about whether the war "officially" ended or not? The invasion of Iraq was launched for totally different reasons and has been treated as a new campaign by everybody on every side. What is the point you are making here?

[ QUOTE ]

2. Anyone who believes there were no WMD's is naive. Just ask the Kurds.

[/ QUOTE ]

There obviously were WMDs in Iraq during the 1980s and early 1990s. If you have actual evidence that there were WMDs in the country when we invaded, then bring it out. Put up or shut up.

[ QUOTE ]
3. Anyone who believes there was no connection between Saddam Hussein is naive and uneducated. Just follow the Saudi money trail.

[/ QUOTE ]

Connection between Saddam and what? Please enlighten us as to what the Saudi money trail might tell.

[ QUOTE ]
4. Anyone who disagrees with points 2 and 3 needs to realize that international politics is not the US court system where you need everything documented in triplicate for a conviction. All you need is to learn your history, read between the lines, and apply some common sense.

[/ QUOTE ]

Why don't you present your evidence for those two points, which are highly contested, instead of just claiming them as fact? You've adopted this pedantic tone and derided others as naive and uneducated. So put your money where your mouth is and show off that worldliness and education that you must possess. I'll be waiting.
