Hand against Random Hand

I'm not sure if this exists or not, but does anyone know where to find out how a hand would rate against and number of random hands? I know of the EV chart and hand rankings, but I wasn't sure if there was somewhere where one could find percentages of say a pocket pair of 10's. Thanks
