Comps at the Taj

I've been trying to get comped for the Doors show this Friday, via my poker comps. They told me I had to get approved. Even though I put the request in like 3 weeks ago, still no approval.

Wondering if anyone has had similar experiences getting comps to shows at the Taj from their poker card.

I just got back and the only day I stayed/played at the taj I tried to use my comps for food, but they said the you have to go to the poker room to get the comps "applied to your card." They guy seemed kind of unsure but I guess the poker room has to handle it some how. Thats the best I can do.
