3bet turn w/ ace high
Button seems Taggy, don't have much else on him. My plan was to bet any river except probably check calling an ace.

Re: 3bet turn w/ ace high
Generally you should be following up your preflop raise with flop bets on boards like this nearly 100% of the time. The BB's c/r makes it look like he got a piece of the board. Unless he is known to do things like c/r a paired board on air, it looks like you are way behind.

The button who cold called me, tight and agressivish player but don't know if he's solid or not, was the one who raised my turn bet. FWIW, I almost always bet at this board 3way, and sometimes do 4way, but not always. The fact that the TAG checked the flop on the button and raised by turn bet is what I thought made this hand somewhat interesting. Maybe not betting the flop is bad and makes the hand play totally different. |
