Extreme Turbo SNGs

Due to the holiday season, and having three kids under 5, I pulled my tiny little bankroll off of Bet365 to fund some presents for the little ones.

I went back a few days later and there was a tiny bit of money left over. So, I started playing some $2.20 Extreme Turbo SNGs. Here's the layout:

5 seats.
1000 chips to start.
10/20 initial blinds.
Blinds double every other hand to a maximum of 640/1280.
First place pays $7.00, second place pays $3.00.
Most usually last about 5-10 minutes.

Does anybody have any take on how strategy on these differs from, say, the standard "How to Win Party $11 SNGs"?

I've noticed so far that post-flop play consists of min-bet, call, min-bet, fold, or min-bet, all-in. Also, high cards go WAY up in value.

Any comments?
