How can i improve my skils ? I play 2/4 now.

If anyone can advice me in how to improve my skils as a poker player please send me messeges. I have read books and i play 2/4 at 3 tables at once. over the last 2 months i have lost little over 5000 dollars playing 5/10 so i started to play 2/4. But i am stil losing. Whatever i win in 2 hours i lose in the next 1 hour/ what should i do now? i play avg. of 500 hands per day 5 days a week.

Start to play one table for now, post hands you are insecure about here. Read these forums a lot, read more books, invest in PokerTracker, download pokerace.

Think about your game constantly. Think about your opponents. Think about pot odds. Ask yourself why you are calling or folding everytime you are raised, and what makes the most sense. Don't tilt.

Find & play at a level you can win at...

Re-read, and then re-re-read. Seriously. For me, SSHE has improved my game better than any other book. That being said, I still don't understand all of the concepts in it. I have already read it twice in its entirety and have read certain sections 5-10 or more times.

is this a joke??, if not, u need to move WAY down in limits. go to .25/.5 or .5/1 and build from there. you shouldnt be losing this kind of money, thats a real problem.

Which ones?

At a minimum these should include Theory of Poker, and Small Stakes Hold'em.
