I have pokertracker and pokerace I can't really get multitable helper to do anything...what exactly does it do??? Sigma

MTH is great for doing exactly what you want, just make sure 'force active window to be topmost' and 'move mouse to active table' are set.
It might help to use the X-Window (? something like that) of TweakUI (Microsoft power tools), too.
