Default NL200 AK Hand

Reads: Very little. Haven't played enough NL200 to know this guy and been having problems with PT lately so it wasn't running at the time.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (9 handed) converter

SB ($193.55)
BB ($321)
UTG ($246.90)
UTG+1 ($475.85)
MP1 ($120.60)
MP2 ($242.65)
Hero ($253.40)
CO ($197)
Button ($163.60)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP1 calls $2, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $8</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, BB calls $6, MP1 folds.

Flop: ($19) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $12</font>, BB calls $12.

Turn: ($43) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $28</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $80</font>, Hero calls $52.

River: ($203) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $50</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $153.4</font>, BB calls $103.40.

Final Pot: $509.80

Main question: Am I a donkey for calling this turn re raise?

Though I was obviously thrilled to see a K drop on the river, I really questioned afterwards whether I can make that turn call. Thanks.

i guess you could have hit a A,K,Q,T
a J is no good probably.
those other cards are pretty good cept you may run into quads. you went into the river knowing you were behind.. 1:1 on the call on the turn..

turn call is not too bad as you both still have quite a bit left but you should really consider checking behind on this turn.

I think the call is fine. You could be ahead of a worse ace with draws to a full. I think it's unlikely for a straight to be out because of the flop bet. I would have narrowed his hand range to a worse ace or a full with the raise on the turn, leaning towards the worse ace.

When he value bets the river, and pays off your raise he must have aces full of tens/queens. Nice hand. I would have played it the same...

How could he run into quads? Hero had an ace himself...

I think he meant if a Q or T dropped on the river, good cards for me, but perhaps quads for villain

I didn't consider this and maybe should have. Thanks for the input.

I'd check behind on this turn. Obvious WA/WB scenario and I doubt he is calling both turn AND river if he is way behind.
