I raise a bit more there since I am OOP. I make it $22-25.

I bet the flop as a partial continuation bet and to see where I am in the hand.

u bet OOP to fid out where ur at? first off to find out where ur at u will have to bet a marginal amount. since there is 50 in the pot then you would have to bet around 30 and then what do u do on the turn if u r called on the flop OOP. you can just as easily check to see where youre at if your observant enough to previous hands. in this case it seems like he may have been called by aq ak maybe aj. if u raised pf and come out bettin and someone who called had aq or smaller ace then they will just call and then youve wasted your money.

why did you fold
calling then pumping out 40 on the river is 100% safe

Thats tough with two callers. What does anyone think about a check raise here? I am not big on check raises, but if anyone has AK-Q. It would at least sell AA? Anyone?

***Obviously, I did not read past the flop. After it checked around I would fire into the pot, at least $30.

I don't mind the flop check.

I lead the turn for 40 to represent a monster.

I agree with the check/fold vs. continuation bet. It's too often an ace is out, considering the strength you showed preflop. Unless a little parlay occurs, these observant opponents readily give you credit for AK here, and would fold a worse ace, and parlay on...but with no reads, I fold here too.
