Default Eurobet Withdrawal Response

After about 30 emails i finally got this response about my withdrawal delays:

Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that the due to the bank holiday weekend and a delay in the transmission of the funds to neteller, we will endeavour to process your withdrawal as soon as we can.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
