PF play with 77

What's your standard preflop decision in this scenario given no reads?

Party 5/10. You have 77 on the button. MP open raises and CO calls.

The presence of the cold caller is the variable that makes me not sure what to do in this spot as I will 3 bet against one opponent. With 99, I will 3 bet but with 77-88 I'm never quite sure what the best course of action is.
