Can you make money with 10% bonus and 5% commission?

Ok, I've seen a few sportsbooks online that give you 10% bonus when you deposit with neteller. Up to 600 a month I think in bonus.

Also I've seen that one day a week, Fridays I think, they cut their commission in half, from 5% to 2.5% I think.

Now is there a moneymaking opportunity here, similiar to bonuswhoring?, say 100-300 a month EV?

I just checked out the site it says normally 10% commission but 1/2 juice fridays it's only 5%.

Isn't 10% pretty high?
