Cashout verification question for paypro (empire,party,etc.)

I had trouble with verification, kinkos didn't have a scanner and I didn't want to buy one, so I just reversed cashout and am cashing out a few hundred every day no problem.

Btw, I called and had them walk me through reverse cashout and they assured me I could cash out a few hundred at a time, so I figured what the heck.
