New Party/Empire Accounts

What is the recommended way to start new empire accounts if you already have one? Can I start one for my father, mother, etc, do these people even have to exist? I am not looking to create one account and do the signup bonus, or to really bonus whore. I would just like 2 more empire accounts and i already have one. what is the story here? Should I even be writing this? If someone says I should I'll edit this all out.

It is against the T&C for one person to hold multiple accounts. Why hold more than one if not for whoring? If you wanna risk having your BR confiscated go for it. Sign up mom,dad,grammie,grampie and the family dog.

If you can't figure it out on your own your not gonna be slick enough to pull it off though.
