TP: I bet, he calls. I bet, he calls. I bet, he .. Raises!?
No reads on villain.
1.) what do you do in this situation with no reads 2.) against a LAG? Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is SB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 3 folds, CO calls, Hero completes, BB checks. Flop: (4 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players) Hero bets, BB folds, UTG+1 folds, CO calls. Turn: (3 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players) Hero bets, CO calls. River: (5 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players) Hero bets, CO raises, Hero calls. Final Pot: 9 BB the pot is giving me 8-1 on the river, it's big - but not THAT big... I hate it when villains pull the call call raise line, it signals that they improved and w TP I cannot beat any hand that has improved. Many times it's read based, or dictated by a really big pot; Here however it really was neither, so what would be standard? |
