First hand looks good, second one is a loose PF call especially unsuited, where I probably fold.

OK, I'm a beginner but my understanding is that we're supposed to
chime in with our wrong positions so that we can get straightened out/ slapped down. In Hand One.....BB check-raises the flop....isn't that kind of indicating more than top pair? So maybe check/call the turn? Is this why I'm weak-tight? [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Jim |

You are very much right, against typical opponents. Against LAGs however, they like to check-raise anything.
