Default 42,500 hands and I\'m at 1.43 bb/100 on $5/10 - is that good?

what are some things that maybe you did to improve your game? should i just be happy with my results?...is anyone out there beating this game at a much higher rate?

You should be happy with everything above zero and you should never stop your game learning.
Nothing new, heh?

Present a specific question and you will get clearer answers.

What I had/have to work on the most at 5/10 was my play on the turn. Such as creating check-raise oppurtunities. Not Auto-betting every HU turn, if my hand had outs to improve.

As for 1.43BB/100, I don't really see any need to be ashamed of that number. There will always be people who are winning at a higher rate.

This is a very good winrate. Now look for specific things you can work on. For example, do you feel you can improve your blind stealing/defending? Do you feel you play well when getting check-raised on the turn when you have a decent hand? Are you getting in the razor thin value bets on the river, instead of checking behind just being happy your hand held up? Look for one specific area you feel you need to work on, then post hands with that situation. Look for other situations once you feel more confident about the first one. Rinse, wash, repeat. Play another 40k, then move up to 10-20 if you have the BR and feel confident enough that you can beat the next level.

Many ppl here believe 5/10 to be one of the more difficult games if you are playing at Party. I am one of them, although it seems to have gotten weaker lately (or maybe I'm just running better - who knows?). Seems like whenever the 3/6 6-max tables showed up, 5/10 full got easier....

Anyways, I think your win rate is a good one - I am not beating it for that amount, yet, and I would be very happy to be at 1.43BB/100 at 5/10. Yes, you should be happy with your results, but you shouldn't be complacent.

Best of luck.

It's better than the 80BBs I dropped last night.

>0 is good.

This is good. I struggled to make my results hit 2BB/100 at 5/10 because the rake hits you hardest at this limit (about 1.7 BB/100) so you're actually beating the field at 3BB/100 which is fantastic. Move up (or down) and your rake hit is likely lower......
