Should I play PL or L o8?

So, I have been playing omaha for little over a week. I have 1500 (1k limit 500pl) or so hands in PTO right now. I have made about $150. I understand the miniscule amount of hands that I have played and how this can just be a streak of good luck, but it also seems that the pot limit players are no better than the limit players, which allows me to take a greater ammount of their money.

Can anyone talk about the benefits/downfalls of one v the other?

I am not completely clueless as to how the game is played. I have read ray zee's book as well as the pot limit stuff in Ciafonne and Brier and some of the Omaha stuff in SS2.
