Fantasy BBall Question

I have a chance to deal Odom, Joe Johnson, Antonio Davis and Hakim Warrick for Andrew Bogut, Chris Paul, Carlos Boozer and Keith Van Horn

Keep in mind this is a keeper league and im looking towards the future as my team isnt all that solid this year (I do have Shaq, Baron Davis, Vinsanity and a few other solid players but not much else). I could also pull off Joe Joe and Lamar for Dirk and a decent throw in like KVH. Would anyone do either?
