I did have a slight interest in the first one, but at no time did I come on to either of them, or really have the desire to, *********if that clears anything up*********. I dunno, I suck at casual encounters.

[/ QUOTE ]

No, not really, if you weren't interested in them why waste your time. Are you trying to just be friends with girls?

Are you gay?

They both had long-term BFs at the time, and I really don't like the idea of getting in the middle of that, as I've been dumped for a then-best friend a few times, it sucks.

on a separate note, twice last week I ran into a girl I had dated and gotten rejected by, and both times I later checked her away message and it said she'd be where I ran into her. so I clearly appear to be stalking her. meh!

[/ QUOTE ]

Yup.

Dude, just get over it.

We actually share the exact same birthday (7/11/84)

Ok, if you remember explicit details of something that happened 8 years ago, then yeah, you were totally stalking here.

Was the irony that both of them initially contacted you through semi-stalkerish means intentional?

Also, did you ever speak, even once, to the girl in the first scenario again after the AIM fiasco? Seems slightly weird that you go from being buddy-buddy to OMG STOP TALKING TO ME (BLOCK) in the course of 24 hours. Outside chance that it was actually her jealous boyfriend who did it?

Completely agree with the "girls just say that to flatter themselves" comment.

I wouldn't say so. I still remember weird details of every girl I've ever dated. of course that says more about my lack of women than my memory, but still. dramatic events like this get imprinted on your brain, you can retain a lot of weird details.

but, the fact that he's bringing it up 8 years later is totally suspect.
