why does party only open 3 15/30 short tables?

they offer unlimited 10/20 6 max tables, but at 15/30 they cap it at 3 or 4.......what is the point?

My best guess is that they think it will cause all their fish to lose money slower. Same reason they used to cap the 30/60 and the $200 nl games I'd guess.
