helicopter ride in vegas - day or night?

i am strongly considering going on a helicopter ride/tour of the strip on an upcoming trip to vegas (with the girlfriend). is it better to go during the daytime or at night? and why?

I did the helicopter ride with a girlfriend in Hawaii, its scenic there. A desert, not so much so.

Take her out to dinner instead or a nicer dinner since you likely already have that lined up.

Well, the lights (i.e. pretty much the only scenic attraction in Vegas) would be more visible at night.

That said, helicopter ride in Vegas seems pretty lame.

I took my girlfriend for a helicopter ride with Sundance Tours when we were in vegas a few months ago.

WE did the day tour - which lands in the grand canyon for chamagne lunch.. and goes over the strip, houver and lake mead.

It was EXCELLENT took about 3 hours and cost me 700 total

If you have the money and time - DO IT - worth every penny

I'll second that one - the Hoover Dam / Canyon tour was awesome!
