If you want to be accurate, you are a nontheist. With your definition of "agnostic", it's pointless to even use the term, really. You are "agnostic" in regards to everything, so in terms of God-belief, you would be more forthcoming with people if you chose a different label than "agnostic". It's not a matter of what someone calls you, it's a matter of what you call yourself, when asked if you believe in "god". Just be intellectually honest, here... you don't believe in god, that makes you an atheist. But, since that term is f'd up these days, you can use "nontheist" and be accurate and candid.
