Default NASCAR?

Does anyone here bet on NASCAR? I was looking through the odds on the championship and thought these were interesting.

You can get Rusty Wallace at 9-1 at bet365. He's in 2nd -7 points back. By contrast 3rd place Ryan Newman (12 pts. back) and 4th Mark Martin (21 pts.) are 6.5-1. Tied for 5th (-23 pts.) are Greg Biffle (5-1) and Tony Stewart (1.5-1).

There has to be quite a bit of value on Rusty Wallace there. Other than Stewart I don't see him as a significantly worse driver than any of those with worse odds.

Jeremy Mayfield in 7th 81 pts. back at 40-1 looks good too. He's not near as good a driver as those ahead of him, but 81 pts. isn't too much and 40-1 seems ridiculous to me.

The way they have this points system set up it's mostly a crapshoot.

Any thoughts, fellas?
