Computer tech guys. Any ideas. Please help.

Hey All,
I posted this here and in the one-table sng forum.

The reason that I'm posting this here is that I need sng tournament hand histories sent to my email.

1.There is no pop-up for me when I close a tournament asking me if I want a copy sent to my email.

2.I already know about the histories on my hard drive.
I specifically need them emailed to me.

3.I've already called party poker 4 times. Nevermind.Enough said.

4.I've already re-installed the software. Didn't work.

Anyone help me?
