tracking stats at micro levels

I am a relatively new micro-limit player. (mostly .50-1, once in a while .25-.50) Thought I would make my first post a non-hand related one.

My question is what are the best stats to watch to improve my game? I have no idea where I stand in any of the important ones as I have a Mac and cannot use PokerTracker, so my secondary question is given that what is the best way to keep track of the stats?

(Don't say buy an IBM) ;-)
