Default QQ 200 nl what do I do to the min raise -_-

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (8 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

UTG+1 ($89)
MP1 ($266)
MP2 ($253)
Hero ($197)
Button ($321.20)
SB ($32.35)
BB ($147)
UTG ($235.80)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
4 folds, Hero raises to $8, Button calls $8, 1 fold, BB calls $6.

Flop: ($25) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $20, Button raises to $40, BB folds, Hero ??

if you call, what is your plan if the turn is a brick?
What is your plan if it is an ace or a king?
who pushes? who folds?

Very read-depending.

I probably call the raise and take it from there.

any reads?

This is really read dependent...if this is a rock raising you, you are most likely crushed...if it's a maniac he's probably got a draw......I guess I call here and I might push a friendly blank turn like the 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. If somethin straighty/flushy falls i'm probably out. If he has a combo draw on you here it's about even and raising the flop does nothing...as does raising if you are behind....i think at best case you are ahead of a moron with AT, but I think straight/flush combo of some sort is more likely...with a set being in that mix as well....see what he does on a blank turn or a scary turn.

Without reads I am calling and pushing a blank turn. I think people give too much credit here. I have found this is very often something like J10s who thinks he is raising with the best hand.

I've noticed this too, but I don't feel like pushing a blank turn. I'm definetly not giving him credit for anything better than top pair unless he tells me so on the turn/river.

So, hopefully that means you are betting into him on a blank turn? Because if you check, he checks behind with a draw, and minraised semi-bluffed his way into two free cards, which is something I like to do alot.

Yes, and fold to another raise most likely. Size of turn bet depends on how much the effective stack is, I want to have plenty of room to fold. In this case 150~ish effective stack left and 100~ish pot so 60$ is good?

Anytime a "soft" player min-raises me I bet the pot. If he's a tricky player I'm gonna call his raise and donk a blank turn for about half the pot, then go from there.

Anybody think this is unreasonable?
