Default UB Customer Support

I lost my UB password and when I "auto request" a new one they send me an email with the hint "temp." Which seems to mean I have lost it before and my current password is a temporary one they assigned, which I obviously still dont know.

They dont answer my general email and I can not find a customer support number. This problem has been going on for a couple of months with no resolution.

Any help would be greatly apprechiated.

I looked all over the web site and could not find a phone number. I never noticed this before. In the past I have emailed them at memberservices@ultimatebet.com and they have responded in a timely manner.

Is "temp" a hint or a clue to your real password? Some places do this as opposed to asking the name of your first school or mothers maiden name etc. For example, when completing the registration details to join the site, you provided a password. Some places require you to provide additional details so they can probe you.

I wouldn't have a clue as to what this means and I really hate the kind of customer support all of the poker sites provide. It is enough that I am giving them or "lending" them money so that they can live easily - they return the kind favor with incredibly poor support. Heck, small companies such as Diamondcs, give me incredible support for a simple $29 software fee.

Sometimes the question comes up whether there is room for another online poker casino. There is LOTS of room. The first company that comes along with decent support will get lots of new players. Not those who are just trying to make money. But those who are willing to spend money for some weekly, low angst, entertainment. Working with these online poker companies is a pain. They make up the rules as they go. They keep money when they want. They give money when they want. It is all "low class" stuff. Make it like Las Vegas - where there is gambling and fun, and there is a whole new ballgame.

Good luck with getting a new password. I hope that those guys over at UB get back from the depositing the money in the bank so that they can give you a decent reply.
