Empire/Party Notes - maximum length allowed ?

Only just noticed but the notes seem to be chopped off. Anyway of getting the full notes I have on them to be displayed?

Ever since the last patch, all of my notes have been getting cut off. I heard it was because you could only have so many letters/characters in your Notes.txt file and that once you exceeded that number, Empire started to cut them off. *shrug*

Yeah I only noticed it today when I had someone where I had a longer text note on rather than the PT notes. Its pretty annoying as the seem to be giving relatively little characters.
