Default how many times

Do you need to have gotten a hand before you can deterime if your win rate with that hand is accurate or not? For instance how many times do you need to get AA before your win rate for that hand is approximately the true win rate instead of one that may have a large part to do with variance and short term fluctuations?

Ive heard that when you get around 100,000 total hands that these things start to resemble their true percentages.

(at least the percentages look similar the deviation is always going to be some gigantic number that is just a tiny percentage of the hand sample)

I suck at math, but I would imagine that the answer to this question is never. Or in other words, that by the time you're dealt AA enough times to give you a meaningful win rate for that particular hand, you will have moved up several limits and changed your game so much that the majority of the statistics will no longer be relevant.
